At Persaura, all our jewellery pieces undergo strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure that you receive products of the highest standard.

Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of jewellery, we follow a strict no-return policy, with limited exceptions.

No Return Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Minor colour or design variations
• Delays in delivery caused by courier partners

All sales are considered final.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized jewellery
• Sale, clearance, or discounted products

Exceptions (Damaged / Wrong Product Only)

A return or replacement request will only be considered if:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
• A complete unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is provided, clearly showing the issue

⚠️ Without a proper unboxing video, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.

Resolution Process

If your claim is approved:

• A one-time replacement will be provided
• Refunds will not be issued

If the same product is unavailable, Persaura may offer:

• Store credit, or
• A replacement product of equal value

Non-Eligible Cases

Claims will be rejected if:

• The product has been used, worn, altered, or tampered with
• The request is raised after 24 hours of delivery
• Original packaging is missing or damaged
• Damage has occurred due to improper handling, perfume, water exposure, or chemicals

Return Shipping

• If approved, the product must be shipped back within 7–10 days
• Reverse pickup services may not be available in all locations

Anti-Tarnish Disclaimer

Our jewellery is crafted using premium anti-tarnish materials; however, product longevity depends on proper care and usage.

Tarnishing caused by exposure to chemicals, moisture, perfumes, or improper storage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.
